Here's a short video on palm muting. Your assignment for Wednesday and Thursday is the Palm Mute Blues! The video example shows you how to play open. Then it shows you what it sounds like if your palm is too high on the strings. Then it shows you exactly where to place the palm of your hand on the guitar to get the right "muted" sound.
